To ensure a safe and convenient stay for our valued guests, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following hotel regulations:
- Please present a valid passport with entry/exit visa upon check-in (or Citizen Identification Card if you are a Vietnamese citizen).
- Bringing weapons, poisons, and other explosives into the hotel is strictly prohibited.
- Gambling and drug use are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Guests will be held fully responsible under Vietnamese law and the hotel for any violations.
- Our hotel enforces a strict policy against cooking, smoking, and bringing certain foods such as durian, mangosteen, and seafood into rooms and within the hotel premises. Please note that a mandatory fee of VND 2,000,000 will be applied for violations of this policy.
- Guests are solely responsible for any damage to room equipment caused by their actions.
- Valuable items such as jewelry, money, and personal electronic devices must be kept in the room’s safe or deposited at the reception desk. The hotel will not be responsible for any losses if guests do not comply with these regulations.
- Visitors must register at the reception desk. Registration is only permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. By law, no visitors are allowed to register between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- For security reasons, guests are requested not to change rooms or move equipment from one room to another without notifying the reception desk.
- Upon hearing the fire alarm, please remain calm and evacuate using the nearest emergency exit. Do not use the elevator in case of fire.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
