SAFETY AND SECURITY

For your safety, please read the following instructions carefully:

1. Fire Safety:

– An evacuation plan is posted on the back of the door, clearly marking your room number and indicating escape routes.

– In case of an unexpected fire, please take your room key card and calmly proceed to the nearest emergency exit to descend the stairs.

A. In case you discover a fire in your room:

– Call the hotel’s switchboard (press 0) and provide your room number.

– Use a damp cloth or towel as a mask to avoid inhaling smoke.

– Take your room key card, leave your room, and lock the door carefully.

– Inform other guests in the area.

– Press the nearest fire alarm.

– Move toward the nearest stairwell (DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR) and exit the hotel.

– If you encounter smoke, restrict breathing, crouch low, or crawl to escape.

– Follow the instructions of hotel staff.

B. In case you are ordered to evacuate your room:

– Move cautiously. Touch the door; if it’s not hot, open it gently, then look in all directions for the nearest exit sign.

– Take your room key card, leave the room, and close the door.

– Go toward the nearest stairwell (DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR) and exit the hotel.

– If there is no exit, return to your room.

C. In case you are ordered to evacuate but the room door is hot:

– Do not open the room door.

– Call the hotel’s emergency telephone number (press 0) to inform them of your room number.

– Turn off the air conditioner and close the windows.

– Fill the bathtub with water, and use damp towels or clothing to seal any gaps in doors and vents to prevent smoke from entering the room.

– If the walls or doors are hot, you can splash water on them to reduce the temperature.

– If there is smoke in the room, it is best not to inhale it. You can crouch low or use a damp towel to prevent smoke from entering your nose and mouth.

– Stay calm and follow instructions. If you cannot escape, your room is the safest place for you at that time.

Note:

– The hotel’s emergency number is 0.

– Most people die from smoke, gas fumes, and panic rather than from the fire itself.

– Don’t waste time gathering your belongings; your life is the most important thing right now.

– If you encounter smoke, please hold your breath, crouch low, or crawl to escape. Smoke usually rises; if you remain upright, you will easily inhale the smoke.

– Do not jump out the window immediately to escape, as rescue teams may arrive within seconds.

2. Security Instructions:

– Keep your room key card safe. If it is lost or stolen, please notify the reception desk immediately to receive a new card and have the old card code deleted to prevent intruders from entering your room. A surcharge of VND 150,000/card applies for lost keys.

– After entering your room, remember to lock the door carefully from the inside.

– Carefully lock the main door and windows, and check them again before going to sleep or leaving the room.

– Place valuables in the safe (each guest room is equipped with a safe, located in the wardrobe with detailed instructions) or deposit them at the reception desk (free of charge).

– Do not tell strangers the name of the hotel or your room number.

– If you have any concerns or need special assistance, please contact the hotel management.

– To deter thieves, look through the peephole before opening the door. If it is a hotel employee, you can identify them by their uniform and name tag. – Do not attract the attention of thieves by displaying large amounts of money or expensive jewelry.

– Do not invite strangers into your room.

– There may be people calling on behalf of the hotel or travel agencies to offer services such as shopping, travel, and entertainment. Our hotel only provides these services upon request. Anyone contacting you in this manner may be a scammer. Please contact our staff directly.
